A rapidly growing neurodevelopmental and mental health service is seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to deliver in‑person assessments and reviews across London clinics. This role is ideal for clinicians who value high‑quality, patient‑centred care supported by modern systems and a strong multidisciplinary team.

The Role

You will provide expert clinical input across neurodevelopmental and general psychiatric pathways, with a focus on face‑to‑face work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • In‑person psychiatric assessments for Adult or CAMHS ADHD, Autism, and general mental health
  • Prescribing and treatment oversight in line with NICE guidance
  • Clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team
  • Supervision and mentoring of junior clinicians
  • Participation in audits, service development, and innovation
  • Use of digital and AI‑enabled systems to streamline admin and enhance clinical efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • GMC registration with licence to practise
  • On the Specialist Register (General Adult or CAMHS)
  • Independent prescriber
  • Minimum 2 years’ NHS or equivalent experience
  • Experience diagnosing and managing ADHD and Autism
  • Strong safeguarding and governance knowledge
  • Confident delivering in‑person clinical work

Desirable:

  • Approved Clinician status
  • MRCPsych
  • Private sector experience
  • Experience with digital health platforms
  • Interest in leadership, service development, or innovation
