• Duration: 3 months minimum
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

• Rate of Pay: £21ph umbrella

A Day in the Life of a CPN:

Join our team as a Band 5 CPN and make a real difference in the lives of Older Adults aged 65+. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in mental health care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN (or relevant governing body registration).
• Experience working with Older Adults aged 65+.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Mon to Fri with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
