Join our team as a Band 6 CAMHS CPN or Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people in a community mental health setting. In this role, you will:
✔ Care coordinate and manage a caseload of children and young people with complex mental health needs
✔ Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
✔ Deliver evidence-based interventions to support emotional and psychological well-being
✔ Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
✔ Maintain accurate and timely patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A valid NMC registration (for CPNs) or Social Work England registration (for Social Workers)
✔ Experience working within CAMHS and community mental health services
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This full-time locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
