· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

· Rate of Pay: £25PH to £27PH Umbella

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Adults aged 18 to 65. In this role, you will:
· perform comprehensive patient assessments
· create and implement personalised care plans
· deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
· collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
· maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· a current and valid NMC registration and pin / SWE registeration
· experience working with adults aged 18 to 65
· strong communication and interpersonal skills
· the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
· a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
