• Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
• Location: Hastings (Adult CMHT, Ages 18-65)
• Duration: Full-time contract (Ongoing)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: TBC
• Rate of Pay: £25.50 – £26.50 per hour
• Additional Requirement: Car driver needed
• Remote Working: Part-remote available

✔ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
✔ Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
✔ Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
✔ Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
✔ Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
✔ Providing care coordination and support for service users in the community.
✔ Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
✔ Previous experience working in an Adult CMHT setting.
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.
