Location: Rugby area
Duration: 3-month ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: TBC
Rate of Pay: £25.50 – £26.50 per hour

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within an Adult CMHT (18-65) and make a real difference in the lives of service users. Your core responsibilities include:
✔ Carrying a caseload and providing comprehensive mental health assessments.
✔ Medication management and participating in duty rotas.
✔ Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
✔ Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists.
✔ Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development.
✔ Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
✔ Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
✔ Prior experience in community mental health.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.
✔ May be possible for some part remote working.
