Join our team as a CPN in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIS) and play a key role in supporting individuals aged 16-65 experiencing their first episode of psychosis. You will:
✔ Conduct specialist assessments and initiate care pathways in line with NICE guidelines
✔ Develop and implement personalised care plans
✔ Provide recovery-oriented and evidence-based interventions
✔ Offer family interventions under the supervision of a psychologist
✔ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care
✔ Complete risk assessments and support service users in the community
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current NMC registration and pin
✔ Experience working with first-episode psychosis and community mental health settings
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for community visits)
