• Job Title: Band 5 Developmental Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
• Location: Warwickshire (Older Adult CMHT, Ages 65+)
• Duration: Full-time contract (Ongoing)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: TBC
• Rate of Pay: £20.50 – £21.50 per hour
• Additional Requirement: Car driver needed
• Remote Working: Part-remote available

A Day in the Life of a Band 5 Developmental CPN in an Older Adult CMHT:

✔ Supporting senior clinicians with mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
✔ Assisting in the development and implementation of care and treatment plans.
✔ Delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision.
✔ Liaising with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
✔ Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
✔ Providing care coordination and support for service users in the community.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
✔ Some experience or a strong interest in working within an Older Adult CMHT setting.
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Willingness to develop clinical skills under supervision.
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.
