A Day in the Life of a Forensic Psychologist:

Join our experienced MDT, including Lead Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, and Assistant Psychologists, and make a real impact in forensic mental health care. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting forensic psychological assessments and risk evaluations
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Supervising assistant psychologists
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• HCPC registration as a Forensic Psychologist
• Experience in forensic or secure settings
• Strong communication and teamworking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to high-quality psychological care

⏰ Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum role requires availability 2–3 days per week, with scope for negotiation. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
