Role Overview:

As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting child health. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
• Providing expert guidance to families on child health and development.
• Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated care.
• Conducting health assessments and evaluations.
• Promoting well-being across families and communities.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
• NMC Registration
• Experience in child protection and multi-agency collaboration
• Strong understanding of child health agendas
• Ability to travel between locations as required
