Shifts: Ad Hoc

Pay Rate:
• Days: £13.52 per hour
• Nights: £18.00 per hour
• Sundays: £20.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support service users in a small residential home by:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting residents with their daily routines and activities
• Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
• Working collaboratively with other care staff and healthcare professionals
• Accurately documenting care and following individual care plans

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

✔ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
✔ Recent experience in a care home, residential, or supported living setting
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ A kind, patient, and reliable approach to care
