Are you a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) looking for a rewarding locum role in Hereford? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
Job Title: Adult CPN (Band 6)
Location: Hereford
Duration: 3-6 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm (Full-time)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Based on contract duration
Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 6 Adult CPN and play a key role in providing high-quality mental health care in a community setting. In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Provide evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid NMC registration
Community mental health experience
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a community-based role requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm (Full-time). The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
