Join our team as a Band 6 RMN/CPN and play a key role in community mental health. In this role, you will:
✔ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for adults aged 18-70
✔ Perform risk assessments, with quality assessed through interview scenarios
✔ Triage and screen referrals with senior clinician support
✔ Carry out clinical assessments in a community setting
✔ Respond safely to safeguarding and clinical risk management concerns
✔ Support home visits as required
✔ Maintain accurate records using KMPT RIO, eMEDS, and In-Phase
✔ Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Word) for clinical documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A valid NMC registration and PIN
✔ Experience conducting clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk management
✔ Familiarity with KMPT RIO, eMEDS, and In-Phase systems
✔ Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping
✔ Up-to-date training in personal safety, breakaway techniques, safeguarding, and Data Protection
✔ Ability to commute reliably to Highlands House – NO home working
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension.
