Job Title: CBT Therapist (Band 7)
Location: Grimsby (Hybrid – 2 days face-to-face, 3 days remote)
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Full-time (will consider 4 days per week)
Caseload: 20 clients per week
System Used: System One
Intervention Level: Step 3 interventions
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £33-£36 per hour (Umbrella, dependent on experience)

Join our team as a CBT Therapist and provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions for individuals with moderate to severe mental health conditions. Your core responsibilities include:
✔ Conducting Step 3 CBT interventions with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and related disorders
✔ Managing a caseload of 20 clients per week
✔ Providing both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions
✔ Using System One for accurate clinical record-keeping
✔ Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
✔ BABCP Accreditation (or working towards accreditation)
✔ Experience providing CBT interventions within an IAPT or similar service
✔ Proficiency in System One (or willingness to learn)
✔ Strong communication and clinical skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid caseload effectively
This hybrid role offers full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (4 days per week) flexibility. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and service needs.
