• Rate of Pay: £52 per session (Umbrella)
• Cancellation Policy: 50% fee for DNAs within 24 hours

A Day in the Life of a CBT Therapist:

Join our team as a CBT Therapist and provide high-quality, face-to-face therapy to a diverse caseload of NHS and private clients. Your core responsibilities include:

✔ Delivering structured CBT sessions in line with NICE guidelines
✔ Conducting psychological assessments and treatment planning
✔ Supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions
✔ Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
✔ Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ BABCP Accreditation (or working towards accreditation)
✔ Experience providing CBT interventions for NHS and/or private clients
✔ Strong communication and clinical skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This sessional role offers flexibility to choose your working hours. The contract is ongoing with opportunities for long-term engagement based on performance and client demand.
