Join the CAMHS Psychology team, where you will work alongside an Assistant Psychologist and Trainee Psychologist and take on a key leadership and clinical role. Your core responsibilities include:
✔ Delivering specialised psychological assessments and treatment programmes for adolescents with complex mental health difficulties
✔ Providing highly specialist advice and consultation to colleagues and MDT members
✔ Supporting the development of psychological skills across the wider team
✔ Supervising and co-ordinating the work of assistant and trainee psychologists
✔ Participating in and contributing to clinical audits, service development, and reflective practice
✔ Applying psychological knowledge in neuropsychological assessments, third-wave CBT, and targeted psychological interventions
✔ Engaging with quality improvement, CPD activities, and broader service development
✔ HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
✔ Experience in CAMHS and adolescent mental health
✔ Interest or experience in neuropsychological assessments and third-wave CBT
✔ Strong team player and collaborator within an MDT
✔ Experience supervising and supporting junior staff
This role offers a 3-month contract with flexibility in working arrangements and a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
