Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Based on contract duration
Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 6 CPN in the Early Intervention Service (EIS) team, providing vital community-based mental health care. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualised care plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid NMC registration and pin
Community-based mental health experience
An active DBS check
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a community-based role requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm. The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
