What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist and play a key role in improving the lives of young people within the Bromley CAMHS team. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive assessments of young people with complex mental health needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, to support emotional wellbeing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and develop treatment plans
• Provide consultation and advice to parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and contribute to case discussions
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A completed doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology (or equivalent)
• BACBP-registered CBT Therapist (if applicable)
• Experience working with children and adolescents, ideally within CAMHS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care to young people and their families
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and service needs.
