• Rate of Pay: Day: £24.00/hr | Night: £27.00/hr | Sunday: £30.00/hr (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as an ITU/ICU Staff Nurse and play a key role in providing critical care to high-dependency patients. In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centred care in an intensive care environment
• Assess, monitor, and respond promptly to critically ill patients using advanced clinical skills
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ventilatory support as required
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
• Support junior staff and contribute to a positive learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Proven ITU/ICU/Critical Care experience (essential)
• Strong clinical skills, including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Critical Care Qualification (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible ad hoc agency position, requiring availability for day and night shifts. The contract is ongoing, with shifts tailored to your availability.
