Pay Rates (Umbrella):
Day: £26.50/hr
Night/Saturday: £34.00/hr
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £42.00/hr
Key Duties:
Oversee a 12-bed ICU pod, manage admissions/discharges
Deliver senior clinical support and staff cover
Neuro experience required – care for neuro patients and assist peers
Support junior nurses and uphold clinical standards
Requirements:
Active NMC Registration (Band 6)
Strong ICU experience, especially with neuro patients
Confident in leadership and high-level clinical decision-making
