Join our team as a Lead Psychologist and make a real difference in the lives of patients. Your core responsibilities include:
✔ Managing and developing psychology services within the hospital/group of hospitals.
✔ Providing evidence-based psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.
✔ Supervising and supporting a team of psychology professionals.
✔ Contributing to service improvements, clinical team development, and policy implementation.
✔ Conducting and supervising research, audits, and innovative service developments.
✔ HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
✔ Extensive experience in psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy.
✔ Leadership experience in managing psychology teams and service development.
✔ Strong knowledge of risk assessment, intervention models, and clinical governance.
