• Location: The Harbour, Windmill Rise, Blackpool, FY4 4FE
• Duration: Until 28/02/2025
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 28/02/2025
• Rate of Pay: £35 – £45 per hour (Umbrella)
• Working Arrangement: Onsite (full-time or part-time)

Role Overview:

We require a motivated and qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our well-established and friendly team of Clinical Psychologists providing care to two Older Adult Wards at The Harbour in Blackpool.

This role offers varied opportunities, including:
✔ Direct and indirect/systemic clinical work
✔ Consultation, research, and audit
✔ Clinical leadership and staff training
✔ Working with older adults, their families, and staff teams
✔ Group work in both advanced care and dementia wards

We welcome applications from candidates with experience working across the lifespan or a specific interest in older adult mental health.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
✔ Experience in older adult mental health, dementia, and/or lifespan psychology
✔ Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention
✔ Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ Interest in group work, systemic approaches, and staff consultation
