Role Overview:

We require a motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the Darwin Centre, a specialist service within the North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves:

✔ Providing specialist psychological assessment and interventions for clients with complex mental health conditions
✔ Working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to develop care plans and risk management strategies
✔ Delivering clinical supervision to assistant and trainee psychologists
✔ Leading service improvement initiatives and participating in research and audits
✔ Providing training and consultation to MDT members

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
✔ Experience in inpatient mental health settings and working with complex cases
✔ Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention planning
✔ Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
✔ Experience in clinical supervision and service development
