Duration: 3 months (with review and possible extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Rate of Pay: £26.00 per hour

Join our team as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with complex mental health needs. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid NMC registration and PIN
experience working with adults in community mental health settings
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
The contract is for 3 months with review, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
