What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Social Worker, you will manage a caseload within an NHS Community Mental Health Team, supporting adults with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities include care coordination, conducting assessments, implementing personalised care plans, risk assessment, safeguarding interventions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will also maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality patient care in line with NHS standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
SWE-registered Social Worker
Experience in a community mental health or similar NHS setting
Knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, and safeguarding frameworks
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible locum contract with potential for extension based on service needs.
