Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend cover

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our specialist inpatient services and provide expert psychiatric care across Eating Disorder Units, Male PICU, and Rehabilitation pathways. In this role, you will:

• Lead psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for complex service users
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to MDTs, junior doctors, and nursing staff
• Contribute to CPA reviews, tribunal reports, and safeguarding processes
• Liaise with families, commissioners, and partner agencies to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold CQC standards and Trust governance frameworks across inpatient settings

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Full GMC registration with a valid license to practise
• Section 12 and Approved Clinician status (or working towards)
• Proven experience in inpatient psychiatry, ideally within EDU, PICU, or Rehab
• Strong leadership, documentation, and risk management skills
• A commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed care
