Job Title: RMN (Permanent)
Location: Suburban South East London
Salary: £33,176 to £35,590 per annum (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Sunday
Days: 7:30am – 8:00pm (12.5-hour shifts with a 1.5-hour break)
Nights: 7:30pm – 8:00am

Role Overview:
You’ll be working on a 20-bedded Eating Disorder (ED) inpatient ward, providing specialist mental health care. The role also involves supporting additional areas including:
A Drug & Alcohol ward
A 9-bedded male acute ward
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred nursing care to individuals with complex mental health needs
Support patient recovery using evidence-based interventions
Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
Administer medications and monitor physical and mental health
Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
NMC registration (RMN)
Previous experience within an ED, acute, or substance misuse setting (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shift patterns
