A Day in the Life of a Psychologist:

Join a nurturing and structured clinical service within an educational and residential care environment. As part of a wider MDT, you will:

✔ Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and formulations
✔ Design and evaluate evidence-based interventions for children with neurodiversity, SEMH, developmental trauma, and SEN
✔ Support EHCP targets and contribute to MDT therapeutic planning
✔ Provide training and consultation to educational and residential staff
✔ Work closely with families, CAMHS, and external agencies
✔ Supervise and line-manage Assistant Psychologists

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Educational, Clinical, or Forensic)
✔ Experience working with children and young people with SEMH, SEN, neurodiversity, or trauma
✔ Confident in building strong relationships and thinking creatively in therapeutic approaches
✔ Strong MDT communication and collaboration skills
✔ Full UK driving licence

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a term-time only role (Monday to Friday) offering excellent work-life balance, a permanent contract, and strong career progression within a supportive and specialist clinical team.
