A Day in the Life:

• Provide supervision and day-to-day support to a team of three trainee PWPs.

• Offer clinical insight and contribute to shaping the service’s clinical identity.

• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.

• Support the ongoing delivery and development of a charity-run Step 2 Talking Therapies service.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Low-level management or supervisory experience (e.g., supporting trainees).

• BABCP registration.

• Ability to travel to the Rochdale site as required.

• Availability to start in January 2025.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

• 22.5 – 35 hours per week.

• 3-month contract starting January 2025.

• Hybrid working available.
