• Rate of Pay: £20 per hour (Umbrella)
• Cancellation Policy: 50% fee for DNAs within 24 hours

A Day in the Life of a PWP:

Join our team as a PWP and provide high-quality, low-intensity psychological interventions to a diverse caseload of NHS and private clients. Your core responsibilities include:

✔ Conducting remote assessments and supporting clients with mild to moderate mental health conditions
✔ Delivering structured, evidence-based guided self-help interventions
✔ Managing a varied caseload, ensuring timely and effective treatment delivery
✔ Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and escalating complex cases when necessary
✔ Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ PGCert in Low-Intensity Psychological Interventions / Qualified PWP
✔ Experience working within an IAPT service or similar mental health setting
✔ Proficiency in delivering remote CBT-based interventions
✔ Strong communication and time-management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This sessional role offers complete flexibility to choose your working hours. The contract is ongoing, with opportunities for long-term engagement based on performance and client demand.
