Hunter Mental Health are supporting a GP surgery seeking an RMN who is also a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber to provide short mental health reviews and follow-up appointments. This role is suited to a clinician confident working independently within primary care and able to manage brief interventions and medication reviews.
Conduct short mental health reviews and follow-up appointments
Provide safe prescribing, medication reviews and titration where required
Work autonomously within a GP surgery and collaborate with the MDT
Manage brief interventions, risk assessments and safety planning
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and safeguarding standards
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
V300 Independent/Supplementary Prescriber (essential)
Must have own NHS-approved laptop with EMIS installed
Experience in primary care, remote consulting or GP mental health pathways desirable
Primary care mental health specialist division
Fast compliance and onboarding
Access to multiple GP, PCN and community mental health roles
