• Location: Isle of Wight (Prison Setting)
• Duration: Full-time contract (Ongoing)
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: TBC

Join our team and provide vital mental health support to individuals in a secure environment. Your core responsibilities include:
✔ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
✔ Delivering evidence-based mental health interventions and crisis management.
✔ Working closely with prison healthcare teams, psychiatrists, and security staff.
✔ Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of offenders.
✔ Ensuring accurate clinical documentation in line with security and compliance standards.
✔ Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
✔ Prison clearance is essential.
✔ Previous experience working within a secure or forensic mental health setting.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
