What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 RMN and play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health care within a prison service. In this role, you will:
Manage a defined caseload as part of the mental health team
Conduct patient assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
Contribute to care planning and risk management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current and valid NMC registration (RMN)
Prior experience working within a mental health team
Experience managing caseloads in a secure or acute setting
Strong communication and clinical risk management skills
Prison Clearance (essential)
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is a full-time, patient-facing position based on-site in Oxfordshire. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
