What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health needs. In this role, you will:
• perform Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments
• create and implement personalised, strengths-based care plans
• deliver evidence-based interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across health and social care
• travel to visit service users across Swindon and surrounding areas
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• a current and valid Social Work England registration
• experience working with adults, ideally in mental health
• strong communication and assessment skills
• the ability to travel to and within Swindon and nearby towns
• a solid understanding of the Care Act and MCA
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. You’ll be expected to work from the Swindon office at least 2 days per week and conduct community visits throughout Swindon, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, and Devizes. The contract is ongoing with a strong chance of extension.
