Join Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 6 Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health and social care needs. In this role, you will:
• Provide assessments, care planning, and coordination of care
• Deliver recovery-focused, person-centred social work
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and support at-risk adults
• Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support community living and independence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Registration with Social Work England
• Experience in adult mental health or community social care
• Strong understanding of The Care Act 2014 and safeguarding processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and recovery
This full-time position runs Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an ongoing basis, with a strong possibility of extension depending on service needs.
