Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is recruiting for sessional ADOS assessors to carry out face-to-face assessments in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich, Suffolk. This is a flexible, high-value sessional role with guaranteed work.
Job Title: Sessional ADOS Assessor
Location: Bury St Edmunds & Ipswich, Suffolk (face-to-face)
Contract Type: Sessional / Locum
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £250 per assessment
Guaranteed Work: 30 assessments minimum
Schedule: Flexible – you choose the days and hours
As a Sessional ADOS Assessor, you will:
Conduct structured, face-to-face ADOS assessments with clients
Complete thorough assessment reports and documentation
Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists for diagnostic sign-off
If required to diagnose and sign off yourself, the sessional rate will be adjusted
Deliver high-quality assessments in line with professional and ethical standards
This role is ideal for clinical psychologists who are ADOS trained, HCPC registered, and want guaranteed sessional work with flexible scheduling.
HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist
ADOS trained and competent in assessment administration
Able to attend on-site in Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich
Able to diagnose (if required, rate adjusted)
Strong report writing and clinical documentation skills
Guaranteed minimum of 30 assessments
Flexible, sessional work – pick your days and hours
