Hunter Gatherer MH are recruiting for a CAMHS Practitioner job overseas, supporting a community-based Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service within a UK Territory.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a 2-year fixed-term contract in a unique international setting, working as part of a small, close-knit multidisciplinary team delivering frontline CAMHS support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver mental health assessments and interventions for children and young people
  • Support ADHD clinics alongside psychiatry
  • Contribute to safeguarding, education and multi-agency working
  • Lead on CAMHS referrals and support service development
  • Work closely with schools, social care and wider MDT
  • Support higher-risk and complex cases where required

Requirements

  • RMN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or equivalent registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ CAMHS experience
  • Strong safeguarding and risk assessment experience
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a small team
  • Experience across multi-agency settings

Package

  • £15,800 international supplement
  • Full relocation support and freight allowance
  • Paid travel, including mid-contract return
  • 30 days annual leave
  • 7.5% pension
  • Long-term, stable contract
