Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are recruiting for a CAMHS CBT Therapist job in West London, supporting specialist mental health services for children and young people.
This is a locum CAMHS therapy role offering a hybrid working model, consistent weekday hours, and the opportunity to work within a highly specialised clinical team.
CAMHS CBT Therapist Location: West London (Hybrid: 60% onsite, 40% remote) Contract: 3–6 months (with potential extension) Start date: ASAP Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions to children and adolescents
Support assessments, care planning, and ongoing therapeutic management
Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic mental health support
Manage a clinical caseload of young people with complex presentations
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with governance standards
Fully qualified CBT Therapist
Active BABCP accreditation (Essential)
Previous experience working within a CAMHS or paediatric setting
Strong risk assessment and safeguarding experience
Ability to work effectively across both onsite and remote environments
Competitive hourly rate
Flexible hybrid working split (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Stable 3–6 month contract with extension potential
