Job Title: Band 6 Community Nurse x 2
Location: Hall Court
Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Working as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse within an adult CMH service (18+)
Supporting either the wider CMHT (Senior CMHN function) or front door/assessment pathway
Completing mental health assessments, care planning, and risk management
Delivering recovery-focused community interventions
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements & Qualifications:
Registered Mental Health Nurse with valid NMC registration
Experience working in adult community mental health services
Strong assessment, care coordination, and risk management skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
Working Hours & Contract:
Full time, Monday to Friday
09:00–17:00
Approx. 12-week contract
Remote working available where appropriate
