We conduct rigorous checks to meet NHS and industry standards while supporting candidates through each stage of the process.
Identity Verification
Share code verification for Right to Work.
ECS and IDTV checks.
Face-to-face ID verification.
Criminal Records Checks
Enhanced DBS (including POVA and POCA checks).
PVG for Scottish placements.
Overseas police checks (for candidates who have lived outside the UK for more than six months in the past 10 years).
Employment History and References
Two references covering the last three years, provided by a senior member or HR.
Character reference to explain any gaps in employment (if applicable).
Professional Registration and Qualifications
Clinical interview and skills assessment.
Literacy and numeracy competency tests.
Evidence of qualifications and regulatory body registration (e.g., HCPC, NMC).
Fitness to Work Checks
Immunisation evidence (e.g., Hep B, MMR, BCG).
Occupational health assessment where applicable.
