Completing mental health assessments for adults within a community setting
Managing and reviewing a defined caseload
Delivering recovery-focused and person-centred interventions
Working closely with MDT colleagues and partner services
Contributing to care planning, risk management and ongoing reviews
Experience working within an adult community mental health setting
Confident completing assessments and managing a caseload
Strong communication and multidisciplinary working skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
The contract is ongoing with an ASAP start.
