Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload within a community mental health setting
• Carry out comprehensive mental health assessments
• Support care planning and risk management
• Deliver recovery-focused interventions
• Work collaboratively within MDT settings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
• Strong background in CMHT or community mental health services
• Excellent assessment and risk management skills
• Ability to work independently within the community
