Role: Band 6 CPN – Triage & Assessment
Location: Ashford, Kent
Duration: 3-month initial contract (likely extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £27 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting initial mental health triage and risk assessments

  • Coordinating care and signposting appropriately

  • Working closely within a multi-disciplinary team

  • Responding to urgent and routine referrals

  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation


Requirements:

  • NMC registration (Mental Health)

  • Previous community mental health or triage experience (Band 6 level)

  • Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)


Working Hours & Contract:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours)

  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

  • 3-month contract with potential for extension
