Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of adults within the community. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
• Manage a caseload of patients within the community
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and support recovery
• Work collaboratively with MDTs including psychiatrists and social workers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Experience working as a CPN within community settings
• Strong risk assessment and caseload management skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This position requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
