Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours)
Rate: £25.70 per hour
Location: On-site only (no remote working)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working within the Aylesbury CMHT delivering high-quality community mental health care, supporting service users with complex mental health needs. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Strong experience in community mental health care
• Good understanding of risk management processes
• Knowledge of clinical governance frameworks
• Awareness of legal responsibilities within the profession
• Experience working within CMHTs and multidisciplinary teams
• Confident working autonomously in a community setting

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00–17:00
• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• On-site role only (Whiteleaf Centre, Aylesbury)
