We are partnering with a specialised cannabis medicine clinic seeking GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrists to join their clinical team on a long-term contract basis.
This is a forward-thinking role involving the prescription of cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) for psychiatric patients. Prior experience in cannabis medicine is not required, as full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are entirely comfortable and fully equipped.
This position is ideal for consultants looking for a fully remote role or those seeking to balance a flexible part-time post alongside existing commitments.
Conducting remote psychiatric consultations and assessments.
Prescribing cannabis-based treatments where clinically appropriate.
Flexible Hours: While standard clinic hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, the clinic is highly accommodating and open to a mix of hours or a part-time split.
Flexible Payment: Payments can be processed via either PSC (Limited Company) or PAYE.
GMC registration with a Licence to Practise and on the Specialist Register for Psychiatry.
A keen, genuine interest in cannabis-based treatments.
Excellent communication skills for remote patient care.
