We are recruiting for three specialist mental health services based at Albion Place, Maidstone. Opportunities are available within the Complex Case Management Pathway, supporting a shared caseload of around 100 clients with complex mental health needs, requiring risk management and multi-agency working with services such as substance misuse teams and probation.
We are also recruiting into the Complex Emotional Difficulties Pathway, supporting a large caseload of individuals presenting with emotional dysregulation, using therapeutic approaches to promote engagement and manage risk. This role is open to Band 6 Nurses, and applications from Occupational Therapists and Social Workers will also be considered.
The third opportunity is within the Depot/Clozapine Clinic, supporting busy medication clinics with a shared caseload of over 300 patients. This role requires previous experience administering depot medication and clozapine, and candidates must be confident and competent in medication administration.
To be successful in these roles, you will need a current and valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous Community Mental Health experience is essential, with strong assessment, risk management and care coordination skills. For the Depot/Clozapine Clinic role, previous depot and clozapine experience is essential. Applications from Occupational Therapists and Social Workers will also be considered for the Complex Emotional Difficulties Pathway.
These are full-time locum positions working Monday to Friday, with hours of either 9:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, depending on the service. All roles are available for an initial 6-week contract with a strong possibility of extension.
