We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide remote support to a busy Primary Care service.
The role will be delivered fully remotely via telephone consultations, with equipment provided where required.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
30-minute patient appointments
Routine and urgent mental health consultations
Supporting patients with anxiety and depression
Medication monitoring
Assessing patients and recognising when escalation/referral into Secondary Care is required
Working autonomously within a busy Primary Care environment
45-minute appointments where Language Line is required
Requirements:
NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse
Several years' post-qualification experience essential
Previous Primary Care / GP experience highly desirable
SystmOne experience preferred
Confident working autonomously and remotely
Able to commit to 2–3 regular weekdays per week
Laptop, SystmOne access and softphone can be provided.
