Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are recruiting a Band 6 CPN, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist for an exciting opportunity within an Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) on the Isle of Wight. This is a full-time locum position with an immediate start, offering an ongoing contract for at least 3 months. Accommodation support is available for successful candidates.

Pay Rate: £26 per hour + Accommodation Support

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a community mental health caseload as a Care Coordinator.
  • Completing mental health and risk assessments.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Liaising with service users, carers and external agencies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous Community Mental Health experience is essential.
  • Current NMC, Social Work England or HCPC registration.
  • Previous Care Coordinator experience is desirable.

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This is a full-time locum role working Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and an ongoing contract for at least 3 months.
