We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Wiltshire South Primary Care Liaison Team based at Fountain Way Hospital in Salisbury.
This role offers a predictable, standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (9–5), making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking for consistent, full-time hours within a supportive multi-disciplinary primary care liaison environment.
Provide specialist mental health assessments, triage, and brief interventions within a Primary Care Liaison setting.
Work collaboratively with GPs, primary care staff, secondary mental health services, and community teams.
Manage a varied caseload of service users, providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Accurately update patient records using the RiO electronic system.
Qualification: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
Systems Knowledge: Prior experience using RiO and an active Smartcard (essential).
Experience: Proven post-qualification experience working as a Band 6 CPN or within primary care/liaison mental health services.
Commencing: Immediate availability to start (ASAP).
