Job Details:

• Job Title: Primary Care Nurse

• Location: Rochester (Prison Setting)
• Contract Type: 3-month agency placement (potential for extension)
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday
• Shifts Available:
• 07:30 - 21:00
• 07:30 - 19:30
• 07:30 - 17:30

Pay Rate:

• £28 - £40 per hour (Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients in a secure environment.
• Conduct patient assessments, care planning, and health interventions.
• Manage and support primary care clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Adhere to prison healthcare protocols and guidelines.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Security Clearance (essential for working in a prison setting).
• Registered Nurse (NMC Registration) with Band 6 experience.
• Proven background in primary care or running primary care clinics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
